RIM, de Raad voor Interim Management

Leading advocate and voice of the industry

The Council for Interim Management (Raad voor Interim Management, RIM) is the industry association for interim management firms in the Netherlands. Founded in 1986, the RIM aims to: ‘further sharpen the understanding of professional interim management while clearly positioning itself as a top organization. As a leading advocate and spokesman for the industry, it develops new perspectives for its members and supports them on the road to market-oriented performance offerings’.

Members are selected
The association monitors the quality of its members. It has its own knowledge center that both members and clients can use. It also regularly comments on current events within the industry through the media. Currently, the association has about 20 selected members including fellow agencies such as TG, GITP and Boer & Croon. InterExcellent is an active member within the industry association. Sietse Bergstra, Partner of InterExcellent, is currently chairman of the board.

When is it important to choose a RIM agency?
RIM agencies have controlled processes and are frequently audited on this. It also has its own disciplinary process for clients and interim managers should anything go wrong. Agencies must be compliant if sued. By choosing an RIM member like InterExcellent, you choose security, the best interim managers, the best procedures and the most up-to-date knowledge within the industry. Make a non-binding appointment and judge for yourself if choosing a RIM member is the right choice. Call 035 – 5280430.
